Airbnb Cleaner

**Location**:
Sandy Bay, Derwent Park & Bellerive, Hobart TAS

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented casual or part-time cleaner to service our Airbnb properties in the Sandy Bay and Bellerive areas. This role involves 6-8 cleans per week, including weekends.

If you choose to go part-time: We will negotiate a fixed working hour with you, we will assign you jobs other than cleaning if cleaning task is not available that day, for example, kitchen hand, dish washer etc.

**Key Details**:

- **Start Time**: From 10:00 AM
- **Finish Time**: Usually by 3PM
- **Supplies Provided**: All cleaning products and fresh bedding are provided
- **Schedule**: Flexible casual work; mostly mid-morning shifts, including weekends
- Or negotiate a schedule that works for you as a part-time staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and reset properties to Airbnb standard
- Change bed linens and towels
- Restock essentials
- Ensure the space is guest-ready with attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience (Airbnb or hotel preferred)
- Own vehicle and licence (travel between locations required)
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication (restocking, incidents)
