This is the perfect opportunity for a professional go-getter who enjoys being out on the road, bringing in new business and building strong customer relationships.

**The requirements for this role include**:

- Represents the company brand and values while promoting company products to existing and potential customers.

Build and strengthen key customer relationships, identify opportunities for sales growth and value add to an existing customer base.

Investigate, qualify and prioritise new business opportunities.

Work to achieve agreed sales targets, generating business through face to face appointments, networking and other prospecting events.

Build trusting relationships with customers through solutions based sales and after sales service where appropriate.

Attend and participate in regular staff meetings, providing accurate reporting to management identifying sales activities, achievements and opportunities.

**The successful applicant will ideally have**:

- Demonstrated experience in field sales, territory management and maintaining call plans within a wholesale or trade sales environment.

Electrical knowledge or trade background.

Well-developed organizational, planning and prioritization skills.

Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.

Previous sales experience, promoting Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Data product ranges

Experience building partnerships with key accounts, specifiers, and electrical contractors.

Intermediate computer skills.

Current and valid Driver’s License.
