**About the role**

Redcape Hotel Group is seeking caring & passionate hospitality professionals to join the team at The Wattle Hotel as one of our Food & Beverage (Bistro & Bar) Attendants. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & the collective venue team to successfully operate the hotel's Bistro & Bar Operations in a hands-on role in a FOH capacity.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue's Leadership Team with the day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
- Possess a current RSA & RSG (or a willingness to obtain).
- Although previous experience in beverage & cocktail operations is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
