**Your new company**

This family owned and operated transport and construction organisation has been successfully running for over 40 years in SA. This organisation has built a strong reputation based on their values of reliability, punctuality, trust and honesty which they provide to their clients.

**Your new role**

You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, including walk-ins, and will be responsible for dealing with first-hand queries. Also, this role will provide general administration support to the Senior members of the organisation. You will provide a wide variety of tasks including administrative organisation and communication in order to ensure a smooth running of the office. Also, you will need to have initiative and be able to pick up systems and processes very quickly.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a reception role will be highly regarded
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
- An excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
