**About the Practice**

ProFast Legal is a progressive and client-focused law firm seeking a dedicated **Solicitor** to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. We are looking for a practitioner with expertise in **conveyancing, litigation, and wills and estate law**, who is eager to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and success of our practice.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated **legal practitioner** with demonstrated expertise in:

- **Conveyancing**: Managing a large client base and handling all conveyancing matters independently, with proficiency in **PEXA**.
- **Litigation**: Providing strategic advice and representation in a range of disputes.
- **Wills and Estate Law**: Delivering comprehensive estate planning and probate services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert legal advice and representation across the specified practice areas.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of matters with precision and efficiency.

**Essential Criteria**:

- A minimum of **1 year of experience** in **conveyancing, litigation, and wills and estate law**.

- A proactive and client-focused approach to legal practice.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team.
