As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our beds. You will work collaboratively with our production team to ensure that each bed is crafted to the highest standards of quality and durability. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating machinery and tools to assemble bed frames, headboards, and other components.
- Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Assisting in inventory management and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
