**About you**

You're financially savvy and love helping people achieve their financial goals. You love nurturing your lead pipeline and then seeing your customers throughout their property buying journey fills you with pride.

You'll bring your:

- Extensive experience in customer service or sales
- High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
- An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
- Highly developed credit analysis skills
- Sound understanding of small business offerings
- Consumer lending experience - this is essential

**About the role**

Our vision is to become Australia's bank of choice, and you'll play an important part in helping us achieve that. The Home Lending Specialist role develops pipelines of lending leads, and nurtures them throughout their buying journey. You'll use your holistic understanding of your customer's needs and your credit analysis skills to make sound credit decisions for your customers and for the bank.

This position is working across both our **Mossman and Port Douglas Branches**.
The role is **Permanent Full time** working **76 hours**per fortnight.
