There's tons of hospitality jobs going at the moment but working in a family like the one we're cultivating at Farro is not something you see everyday.

Farro is a Pizzeria with locations in Fitzroy, Thornbury, Hawthorn, Caulfield and Windsor and believes in their guests making a conscious choice with what they eat. We have been around for many years and are committed to a quality food and guest experience and is currently looking for talented back of house team members to lead the growth in this exciting brand.

We are currently looking for a new kitchen hand/dishwasher who wants to get started in the kitchen. We don't need you to have experience for this position. We are happy to help you learn, up skill and grow with Farro. The role has great growth opportunities for keen individuals who want to learn the ins and outs of a busy restaurant kitchen environment.

The **most essential aspect** of this role is your **availability**.
We need someone who is looking to work Friday-Sunday evenings.
Otherwise, we need you to have all the normal things you'd expect in this role like great personal hygiene, any kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential, attention to detail and a friendly personality. We will train you over a period of time to understand all stations that make up our lively kitchens. Most of all we need you to care about people, over time we can train you in the rest. We want someone with a soul who can grow as we scale the Farro brand.

We are open every day of the week with a focus on busy dinner services and only a couple of lunch services a week. This is the perfect hospitality work-life balance role. All whilst working for a brand that truly cares about their people, is honest and pays and trains them appropriately.

We pay above award rates and we can offer guaranteed days of work.
