**About the role**
**Dulux Acratex** is dedicated to the preservation, protection, and beautification of the built environment. Initially founded as an Acrylic Texture coating business, Acratex has grown to incorporate cladding, renders, protective elastomeric membranes for concrete and masonry as well as tile and metal roofs, and speciality finishes. We are known for our quality products, technical expertise and customer service. We aspire to be the market leader in all categories and markets that we participate in.
This role will report to, and support, the Acratex Brand Manager. It is a development role for a marketer keen to progress in product and brand management in a diverse B2B environment. You will play a vital role in the execution of product strategies.
This will be based in Melbourne or Adelaide.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the development of the respective brand plans with a particular focus on the coordination of market and competitor data, performance data and relevant market insights
- Examine competitors’ strategies, including product, promotions distribution, and pricing
- Take charge of product development activities as directed by the Brand Manager
- In conjunction with the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, manage digital activity for our portfolio of channel brands
- Undertake project work as directed by the Brand Manager or Marketing Manager
**Skills & Experience**
You’ll bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. As a great team player, you will be able to self-manage and can adapt to changing priorities and situations. Other key skills and experience include:
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Experience in marketing related disciplines especially digital marketing or graphic design will be well regarded
- Ability to work independently, establish personal priorities, and set individual goals
