Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Construct and repair fixed and removable dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, etc.).
- Fabricate custom mouthguards, night guards, and other protective appliances.
- Use a variety of dental materials such as porcelain, acrylics, metals, and composites.
- Follow prescriptions and specifications provided by dentists with precision.
- Ensure high standards of aesthetics, functionality, and patient safety.
- Maintain accurate records of cases, materials, and workflow.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and other team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Dental Technology (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Technician
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and material science.
- Skilled in traditional manual techniques (experience in digital workflows is a plus).
- High attention to detail, precision, and aesthetics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and time management.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
