We are on the lookout for an AMAZING **Assistant Store Manager** to take our store in **Rundle Mall** to the next level

Ready to lead the charge in one of Adelaide’s most iconic and high-energy retail destinations? We’re on the lookout for an ASM to bring passion, pace, and next-level leadership to our flagship Rundle Mall store—a large-format space in the heart of the CBD. We’re looking for someone with experience leading larger teams, who thrives in a busy environment and knows how to keep customer experience and operations running smoothly, no matter what the day throws at them.

You’ll coach and grow your team, elevate product through next-level visual merchandising, and lead from the front with energy and confidence. A strong focus on training and development is a must—this is your chance to help build a team that delivers the _AMAZE_ every single day.

- You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.
- You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional Management team.
- You work closely with your Store Manager to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious)
