**YOUR DAY TO DAY**
- Manage all client travel requirements, including air, hotel & ground transportation
- Resolve client complaints with exceptional customer service
- Deal with emergency travel scenarios, changes and travel resolution
- Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure

**Please note this role will require 6 weeks of day time shifts for training before moving to an after hours roster**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues
- Experience within a 24-hour department in the Travel Industry
- Proficient in booking flights, hotels, and a good understanding of published airfares
- Ability to work independently or within a team
