**The Role**
You’ll lead daily operations across bar, bistro, café, and gaming. That includes supervising staff, training new team members, assisting with rosters, and ensuring top-notch customer service and compliance. You'll be hands-on, helping create great experiences for our members and guests while ensuring smooth, compliant service.

**What You’ll Need**
- RMLV, RSA & RSG (QLD)
- Leadership experience in hospitality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Available for varied shifts including weekends/public holidays
