We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can lead our maintenance professionals, and assist the business to achieve production targets through the execution of maintenance and calibration activities. You will be responsible for ensuring department compliance with all applicable standards, regulations and corporate policies.

To be considered for this position, you will have the following:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing- Minimum 4 years' maintenance supervision experience- A recognised and relevant trade qualification

**Responsibilities**:
- Champion safety across the site, communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives,- Ensure that any maintenance, repairs or installation work is carried out in a safe and competent manner and in accordance relevant standards, identify hazards and provide engineering solutions where required- Execution of the preventative maintenance programme through supervision of your team; maximising the utilisation of your teams’ available hours- Liaise between departments on to continually improve techniques- Collaborates cross-functionally with all areas of the business to ensure information on all maintenance activities is communication and escalated as required to ensure production remains on schedule.- Assist with long-range maintenance planning and performance improvement. Interface with line personnel and management regarding key maintenance issues and problems impacting production- Provide technical input and assist with coordination and escorting of outside vendors and contractors- Participate and contribute in appropriate procedural change and/or modifications to plant or machinery to improve the reliability, operation, performance and/or safety of the operation- Supports regulatory and customer audit tours. Completes quality, environmental, and safety investigations as required- Ensure that Maintenance Records and documentation for all equipment is completed as per GMP procedures and in alignment with relevant SOPs- Support the professional development of maintenance technicians
