Our Estate Management of Services (EOM) team is looking for a highly organised **EMOS Operations Manager**to join their team to assist the EMOS Contract Manager and MIC Manager in supporting Downer Defence for the delivery of the EMO contract to the Department of Defence in the Amberley QLD region.

In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, you will ensure that service delivery is coordinated with other Base Services Contractors to ensure that all Base Services delivers on site are managed in an integrated way.

**What you’ll bring**
- Must be eligible for a Defence Security clearance (Australian Citizen)
- A tertiary qualification in a related field such as Management, Business or Commerce desired but not essential.
- Proven track record in managing large, complex service delivery contract.
- Previous experience in Defence or Defence related fields of benefit.
- Profit focused via strong budget management, with experience in business and finance administration.Experience in contract management and development.
