**About the role**

Reporting to the WHSE Manager NSW/ACT, this role will be responsible for supporting the WHSE function across multiple sites.

In this critical role you will support 3 of our businesses and be required to travel to each of the sites. These include; Himmel, at our Blacktown site, Martini, Ingleburn and Villawood sites and Woven Image which are based at Gloucester & Brookwale.

This hands-on role will provide practical WHSE advice and support to our people whilst continually driving WHSE in a positive direction. You will have a real knack for building relationships as you develop a healthy and respectful partnership between yourself and your key stakeholders, allowing for you to effectively challenge and drive WHSE requirements

You will integrate into various teams that foster teamwork and collaboration whilst working for a leader that values growth, development, and balance. You must thrive multitasking and 'to do lists' as well as enjoy having boots on the ground across these various environments.

On site visibility and availability to the various operations is critical in this role to allow you to support your stakeholders as required.

**This position is full time, permanent contract.**

**In this role you will;**
- ;Assess safety performance and use insights to identify gaps and prioritise action plans.
- ;Establish and lead strategies and site-specific risk reduction plans to comply with legislation and perform to CSR WHSE standards.
- ;Lead the implementation of CSR key risk programs, system standards and hazard standards.
- ;Champion agreed CSR initiatives e.g. Never Walk Past, Permit to work, HIRAC, risk management & risk reduction planning.
- ;Partner with site management teams to undertake investigations, identifying root cause for significant incidents and drive prompt close out of agreed actions.
- ;Establish systems and methodology to review the above and meet the needs of market, organisation, and legislative change.

**What you bring to the role**
- ;Experience in manufacturing, construction, or other high-risk industry
- ;Ability to influence and build strong working relationships
- ;SH&E auditing experience - ideal
- ;Cert IV/Diploma qualified in WHSE - Minimum requirement.
- ;Certificate in Return-to-Work Co-ordination - advantageous
- ;Investigation background - advantageous
- ;Able to engage and work with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
- ;Contribute to strategy, deliver systems and work to standards.
