Due to continued growth we are looking for technicians in all areas of Perth to join our team - **Experienced Appliance Diagnostic & Repair Experience**: - **Refrigeration Technician** **About the role** The role will carry out quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop. Range of domestic appliances are: Washing Machines, Dryers, Ovens, Cooktops, Range hoods, Dishwashers & Fridges. **What's on offer**: A major benefit within this role is flexibility as it supports a "work out of home" model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop. Great work-life balance - no weekend work Company Vehicle with Fuel Card Mobile Phone & iPad Uniforms and Specialized tools Further development and career progression opportunities **Your key responsibilities and experience**: Resolve Technical issues in a fast and professional manner Diagnosis and problem solving technical issues Complete forms, service reports for repairs Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction Cash collection 1 + years appliance repair and troubleshooting experience Current WA manual drivers license **Personal Attributes**: Customer focused Organized and self-motivated Excellent attention to detail A focus on quality workmanship Strong written and verbal skills good personal presentation is essential Must have a positive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn new skills and concepts Reliable, punctual, well presented and have a friendly nature.
