From our five retail stores to our busy eCommerce operation, we bring joy to customers across Australia—one cookie at a time We’re a small but passionate team, and we're looking for someone detail-oriented and efficient to join our packing crew in our production kitchen.

**About the Role**:
We are on the hunt for a reliable **eCommerce Picker & Packer** to help us fulfill online orders with care and precision. In this role, you'll be responsible for making sure every customer order leaves our kitchen packed beautifully, accurately, and on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick and pack customer orders based on daily dispatch lists
- Carefully wrap and package products (including fragile cookies and tubes)
- Label parcels and prepare for courier pickup
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing area
- Work quickly and accurately to meet daily dispatch deadlines
- Follow packing and handling procedures to ensure quality and consistency
- Assist the broader team where needed (stickering, folding boxes, general support)

- You’re reliable, efficient, and have great attention to detail
- You enjoy working with your hands and staying on your feet
- You’re organised and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
- You take pride in presentation and doing things properly
- You’re flexible and happy to jump in wherever needed
