SJM Communications is a leading telecommunications contracting company based on the Gold Coast, QLD, routinely covering projects across the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas. We're seeking a trainee to join our dynamic team and learn various aspects and roles across the industry on exciting projects such as wireless, fixed network, core infrastructure, critical infrastructure, and maintenance. As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to learn multiple roles and complete a traineeship to become a competent and qualified technician.

We offer a diverse role where you'll gain valuable experience in roles such as rod, rope, and hauling, fibre works (splicing, patching, and testing), equipment installations (DC power and earth cabling), copper, RF and Wireless technologies and more. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and assistance to help you grow your career within our established telecommunications company.

As part of the role, we provide a company phone, vehicle, and fuel card. We're committed to helping you grow your career within our established telecommunications company.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
