Tizzone Manufacturing is an expanding company specialising in metal fabrication and structural fabrication, located in Brendale. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and qualified Draftsperson to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**

The Draftsperson will play a crucial role in our production process, working closely with project managers to gather product and structural requirements, calculate dimensions and material specifications, and create detailed designs using computer-aided design software. This position demands a strong technical background, proficiency in CAD, and the ability to produce accurate and detailed work under tight deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with project managers and professionals to gather product and structural requirements
- Calculate dimensions
- Outline production methods step-by-step to ensure clarity and precision
- Create detailed designs and technical drawings using CAD software
- Develop diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflow and processes
- Prepare and review rough sketches, refining them with the professional team
- Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
- Ensure all final designs comply with regulations and quality standards
- Liaise with suppliers to source necessary components and materials
- Prepare bills of materials

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Draftsperson or in a similar role
- Proficiency in operating CAD software and manual drafting workstations
- Familiarity with 3D modelling tools (We utilise Fusion 360, open to other programs)
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
