**About the Company**
An opportunity exists for you to join a dynamic company that is the fastest growing distributor in the Asia Pacific region and thriving. The company is built on a team of dedicated individuals and is looking to add a dedicated Fabrication Team Leader.

**About the Role**
Your objective is to continually increase fabrication/installation and service agent capacity whilst maintaining a high level of delivered quality for the ultimate purpose of facilitating sustainable growth both nationally and internationally.

**Your Duties**
- In collaboration with Sales and Customer Service/Operations team, identify and train new Fabricators &/or Installers to meet business capacity and customer experience objectives
- Build Network of quality trained Service Agents for all company products
- Along with segment managers develop key fabricator training Action Plans around fabricator alignment
- Deliver Certification training processes to market
- Provide local expertise on fabrication techniques and workshop layout to improve quality and productivity

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum Trade Qualification in either of the disciplines of Cabinetmaking, Joinery Shopfitting or Wood Machining. Tertiary qualifications in Industrial design or Product Engineering would also suit
- Previous experience ideally in a Manufacturing or Product Based environment with demonstrable leadership/mentoring outcomes
- Exposure to technical manufacturing environment whereby capital equipment (i.e. CNC Machining) was used. The experience gained has given you the ability to educate others in how to best leverage this equipment to improve productivity, quality and therefore the customer experience
- Your experience and understanding of modern manufacturing principles (i.e. Lean) will enable you to understand how to identify where the prospective partners constraints and wastes may lie within their production process.
- An attitude that demonstrates a willingness to share experiences and drive ongoing training of new and existing customers and staff in the relevant technical skills, equipment usage and general techniques to assist in the overall improvement of the products and services being offered
