Flowsafe Traffic Solutions is a comprehensive traffic management company which aims to deliver professional, safe and effective solutions to the construction and events industry. Due to continued company growth, Flowsafe is seeking to expand it's friendly team of Traffic Controllers to maintain a high level of service to our clients.

While we are ideally seeking experienced Traffic Controllers, we do have some room to take on inexperienced personnel with the right attitude and work ethic, who would receive on the job training.

The majority of our projects are within the metro area, however job bookings could span throughout Victoria, from the Western Suburbs to the Peninsula. Flexibility with when and where you work, along with responsiveness to call outs is a must to succeed due to the dynamic nature of the traffic management industry.

If you would like to be a part of this growing company, the minimum requirements are:

- Traffic Control Tickets (RIIWHS205D Stop/Slow & RIIWHS302D Implement TMP)
- OH&S Construction induction White Card
- Current Manual driver’s license
- Previous traffic control experience (minimum 6 month proven experience)
- First Aid & CPR

Traffic Controller PPE Requirements:

- Long blue pants with silver reflective strip
- Yellow(or orange) and blue long sleeve shirt with silver reflective strip
- Wet weather jacket
- Night White Shirt/Pants or Overalls
- VicRoads approved traffic control vest (supplied by us)
- Hard Hat
- Safety Glasses
- Safety Gloves and clip
- Radio (5watt preferred)

Successful applicants will also possess:

- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to read, interpret and comply with Flowsafe company policies and procedures
- Ability to read and implement Traffic Management Plans
- A professional, trustworthy and respectful attitude towards Flowsafe clients, staff and members of the public.
- Ability to take instruction and constructive criticism well
- A positive can-do attitude is a must
