Commercial Analyst

**Ocado is a world leader in FMCG based Automation Solutions, with a footprint across the globe working with the biggest supermarkets on each continent. In Australia Ocado partnered with Coles Group with the goal of building Australia's premier automated Customer Fulfilment Centres supercharging Coles online delivery business, in the competitive domestic market.**

As both our sites (Sydney & Melbourne) creep closer to going “Live”, we have an opportunity to join Ocado’s commercial team in the role of Commercial Partnership Analyst. In this role you will report directly to the Director of Partnerships in Australia and will be critical in supporting the leadership team in managing the ongoing relationship with Coles Group.

You will be hands on in understanding the commercial agreements with Coles, to develop, plan, and administrate business processes, provide management framework and overall governance inline with requirements. You will assist in the execution of processes, advise on business decisions and work with the team to ensure any issues or conflicts are resolved.

**You will**:
- Work with Ocado leadership in an advisory and supporting function to best manage our commercial agreement.- Project Manage the development and roll out of business processes and governance in line with commercial requirements- Problem solve in a professional and adaptive manner, wearing a “Commercial hat” to ensure the best outcomes for Ocado.- Work across business to liaise, manage and influence stakeholders both internally and externally- Chair meetings, including steering committees and meetings, project groups, collating packs and minutes with the added responsibility of managing action items through to completion.

**What are we looking for?**

Ocado is a fast paced environment that can be challenging and equally rewarding. as a result what we look for is a combination of the right personality with traits such as leadership, resilience, strong communication, flexibility and positive attitude with learned experience such as:
- Tertiary qualifications (Business, Project Management, Finance, Law or equivalent)- Recognised Project Management certifications, and a strong understanding of Project Management fundamentals- A history of working in fast paced environments, ideally with large scale contracts/clients or conditions- Experience in work with a shifting project environment- A track record in commercial analytics, understanding the key drivers and metrics needed for success.-
