Our **Ballina timber yard** has an opportunity available for a **Yard Team Member** to join our team**.**

In this role you will perform a variety of duties associated with picking and preparing orders, serving customers and ensuring the yard is neat and presentable.

**Day to day tasks**:

- Providing Great Customers service
- Selecting / Pick timber orders
- Packaging / strapping orders
- Computer use
- Manual handling
- Assist with timber finishing orders
- Learning to set up machines
- Problem solving and helping customers select appropriate timber products for their projects
- Assist with loading orders for deliveries
- Quality and stock control
- Maintaining a clean workplace and ensure yard is neat and tidy
- Not limited to these task

**We are looking for?**
- Someone Motivated and enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
- Fit and able to lift yard materials
- Timber knowledge an asset but open to someone who is willing to learn
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Good communication skills
- Current drivers license
- Forklift licence or willing to obtain
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Someone looking for long-term commitment
