Cinema Supervisor

**The Job**:
HOYTS are looking for a natural leader to be our next **Assistant Manager **In this role you will be the 2IC to the Location Manager, so its big shoes to fill. As part of the Cinema Operations Department you will help with ad-hoc tasks in ensuring the smooth running the cinema. While no two days are the same, your duties will include:

- Instructing and inciting passion into our staff members
- Driving guest experience and customer satisfaction
- Assisting with the general cinema operations
- Working closely with the Location Manager to drive the business forward

**About You**:
We are looking for an experienced leader who is team focused and results orientated. You will lead by example; be team focused and have a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences. This role is very fast paced and needs a professional who can work under pressure. We are looking for:

- 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
- An innovative thinker with a can-do attitude to drive the business forward
- A highly motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent communication skills with guests, employees and stakeholders

**Availability**:
