**About the Role**:

- Work in a fast - paced environment that has invested in cutting edge automation systems.
- Analyse stock movements to ensure an efficient and effective warehouse operations.
- Manage transport providers and investigate all freight anomalies.
- Oversee the preparation and dispatch of deliveries.
- Administrative and inventory support for day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all WH&S procedures and policies are followed, incidents are investigated and reported on.
- Manage all internal and external data that are reported in a timely manner.
- Identify system gaps, develop and implement process improvements.
- Manage stocktake and investigate variances on a day-to-day basis.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Relevant warehouse/logistics experience in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in workplace health and safety systems, processes and procedures.
- Communication and organisational skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to cross collaborate with different teams.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and planning skills.
