About the Roles
At various intervals throughout the year, Serco will conduct intakes of Cleaners and Catering Assistants / Kitchen Hands for the below locations;
Villawood Immigration Detention Centre - Villawood

We currently seeking expressions of interest from passionate and dedicated individuals to register for updates and potentially join our team in the future.

About You

Current AU Drivers Licence
The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
Food Safety Handling Certificate (Required for Catering Assistants)
Willingness to obtain a Certificate II in Kitchen Operations (SIT20312) within 12mths for Catering Assistants (funded by Serco)
Commercial Cleaning experience required for Cleaning Services Employee’s
Ability to work as part of a team
Understanding of WHS management of hazards

This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
