The opportunity
As a Campaign Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic, multi-channel campaigns that align with our commercial objectives and help support access to technology that drives improved patient outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver targeted marketing initiatives that engage healthcare professionals and contribute to meaningful, measurable impact across key markets

**Experience required**:
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven ability to nurture customer relationships through strategic marketing
Experience in direct marketing, multi-channel, or data-driven environments
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital innovation
Experience in database management and customer segmentation
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage expectations
Experience in the MedTech or healthcare sector is highly regarded
