Agricultural Consultant

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Agricultural Consultant to provide strategic advice and technical support to enhance our flower production systems, soil management, pest and disease control, and sustainable farming practices.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy or a closely related field
- At least one year of professional experience in a similar consulting or technical agribusiness role
- Demonstrated knowledge of floriculture, crop cycles, soil and plant health management
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for on-farm staff related to plant health, fertigation, spray programs, and post-harvest handling
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
