Fleet Controller

This role is looking for that person who has a keen eye for detail, dedicated to customer service and can consistently meet deadlines.

The primary objective of the Dispatch Officer is to maintain effective administrative processes that enable the timely and cost-effective delivery of products ordered by customers. This involves working closely with customers and drivers to schedule deliveries while proactively maintaining relationships and managing constant change.

Key responsibilities will include:
Liaising with drivers’ set runs
Dealing with customers and be able to coordinate requirements
Dedication to delivering first class customer service
Ability to work within a team and contribute to meeting team goals
Ability to use a two way radio
Good organization skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
