**Position Available: Male Barber & Female Hairdresser**

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience and expertise in barbering or hairdressing, respectively
- Ability to stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients to understand their needs
- A friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming environment for clients
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality hair services including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques to offer innovative services
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring adherence to salon hygiene standards
- Foster strong client relationships, building a loyal customer base
- Contribute to the positive and collaborative salon environment
