THE PULSE CO, only opened in November 2024 but we’ve already made waves across the Adelaide wellness scene. And we’re just getting started. We’ve built more than just a Pilates studio, we’ve built a thriving, powerful, high energy community of people transforming their minds and bodies through movement. Now, we’re expanding not just in size, but impact.

From Mums & Bubs to busy professionals, from beginners to movement lovers coming back from injury, our community is as diverse as it is powerful.

The problem? We can’t keep up with demand.

We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Sales Support Legend to help guide more people into their first step with us. No cold calling, no pushy scripts, just real conversations with real people who are already curious about what we do and just need someone to support them over the line.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Remote Sales Consultant - Casual with option to Scale - Based in Adelaide**

You’ll be the first touchpoint for new leads coming through, helping them feel seen, supported and excited to start their journey with The Pulse Co.

This is not a cold calling, hit the pavement, gym membership hustle. This is a heart-lead, high integrity sales. Making real connections and building a thriving, values aligned community.

**You’ll**
- Chat with warm leads (We do the marketing, you do the magic)
- Build Rapport and gather information to assist the rest of the team.
- Sign up leads into intro offers.
- Hit daily/weekly KPI’s and celebrate those wins with the team
- Help shape our studio culture and bring a positive attitude.
- Work closely with Courtney (founder) and the team to continuously improve the experience

**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR.**
- PROVEN high volume activity sales experience, hitting KPIs, using scripts, getting hung up on and don't get scared of the phone
- Someone who believes movement changes lives. Because we see it everyday.
- More than comfortable being on the phone and HELPING people
- Bonus points for experience with Gym Sales or Studio (yoga, pilates etc) sales before
- Someone who can quickly call leads.
- Are coachable and eager for feedback
- Like to have fun and is competitive
- Goal Oriented and self motivated
