Join our Pumps Equipment Team in Brisbane as Territory Manager - East Coast. You will be responsible for the involvement and development of new Business markets for Sulzer Water Business Unit - GI products through the development of local strategies for profitable growth.
**In this role you will be accountable for**:
- Lead the sales effort for the General Industries and Mining team in the Queensland and South Pacific Islands. or Sulzer Pumps;
- Use your expertise in Hydrometallurgy (refining), Minerals or Chemical Processing to plan, support and follow up sales activities in line with the sales strategy and defined processes;
- Grow our network or support our existing network of intermediaries to ensure maximum market penetration
- Develop technically sound and commercially savvy proposals, negotiating tender and contract terms
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to reduce commercial risk and maximise future business activities.
**To succeed in this role, you will need**:
- Trade Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in Hydrometallurgy (refining), Minerals or Chemical Processing (desirable)
- 5+ Years’ experience in Management position.
- 5+ years’ experience with the fields of engineering within the pump industry
- Ability to travel
