The business is currently looking to acquire a full time, highly skilled, physically fit Painting Trades Workers to perform duties that include but not limited to the following:

- Construct scaffolding and ladders and place drop sheets to prevent paint splatter
- General Painting preparation work including, removal old wallpaper, patch holes and cracks and seal surfaces, sanding etc.
- Clean equipment and work areas
- Prime surfaces scraping and sanding to smooth surfaces
- The ability to work with other trades and work autonomously
- Robust time management skills and attention to detail
- High quality workmanship
- Reliable and motivated

Essential Criteria (what's required):

- Relevant Trade Certificate or at least 2 years of hands-on work experience
- At the minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Needs to be Registered Painting Contractor

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
