Role

The position will be based on the new Queen Victoria Market redevelopment. You will be working alongside a couple of other Design Managers from the initial stages of the project. Your scope will extend to cost planning and construction teams as you will lead multiple design packages. No two days will be the same in this exciting role, and could find you reviewing compliance, chairing design meetings, managing document control, meeting with clients, all with the aim of ensuring technical requirements are met.

Skills Required:
- 7 - 15 years experience in the industry- Strong Design Management or Project Management experience- Experience on large scale building projects ($100m +)- Commercial or Resi experience preferred but not required- Ability to manage complex design processes to high technical standards in a robust, cost managed environment.- Ability to communicate with influence and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
