**Description**

Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and motivated Store Person to join our team at our busy 3PL Warehouse in Eagle Farm. This is a full-time permanent role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This opportunity would suit someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and has a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll need to be well-organized while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in your work. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

**What you'll be doing**
- Crossdocking and container decanting (both manual and forklift operations)
- Picking and packing orders to meet customer requirements
- Forklift operations (high reach and counterbalance)
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely
- Maintaining accurate records of all stock movement in and out of the warehouse
- Conducting stock takes and cycle counts
- General warehouse cleaning and maintenance
- Reporting any damaged goods or spillages promptly
- Carrying out safety audits to ensure a safe working environment

**Qualifications**

**What we're looking for**
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF) with a minimum of 12 months of experience (essential)
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work as an all-rounder in various warehouse tasks
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Own transport is essential
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse role (3PL experience highly regarded)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (highly regarded)
