Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. In this vital role, you will support physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care within a high-acuity setting. Under the supervision of nursing staff, you will contribute meaningfully to direct patient care while working collaboratively within a dynamic and inclusive clinical environment.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Descriptor: Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care) or currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate nursing/midwifery Bachelor program.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide a person centred approach to patient care
- Demonstrated effective communication skills - written and verbal
- Previous recent experience working in an acute care setting
- Demonstrated evidence of complying with Immunisation category A
