**About the Role**:
As a Driveway Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is key in delivering a professional, seamless, and welcoming service experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and assisting customers upon arrival at the Service Department
- Coordinating vehicle loan agreements in alignment with customer profiles
- Managing customer parking and maintaining a clear, safe driveway
- Collecting and delivering vehicles, including drop-off/pick-up to nearby stations
- Assisting Service Advisors with various operational tasks
- Building positive rapport with customers on arrival and departure

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- A polished, professional presentation and demeanour
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (automotive preferred)
- A passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong team focus
- A valid driver’s licence
- Knowledge of the local area (advantageous)
