**Youll be responsible for**:

- Working collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
- Confidently communicating with a variety of scientific professionals, matching them to their ideal roles with our fantastic client base
- Fostering innovation and drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and novel methodologies.
- Developing and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to contribute to strategic decision-making.

**What you’ll need**:
A minimum of a bachelor
- s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences) is a must
- Proven experience in a scientific research / recruitment environment.
- Strong knowledge & understanding of scientific research methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
