Right now, we’re looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join our team and make a lasting impact for a young person with a disability in the Redcliffe area.

**About the Role**

We’ve got casual opportunities for Support Workers to bring their skills to our disability support team. You’ll be working hands-on with a participant in Redcliffe, helping them navigate daily life with confidence and care. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to build meaningful connections and support someone’s journey.

**What You’ll Do**:
Provide day-to-day assistance, from personal care and hygiene to behavior support.

Provide support in our SIL homes

Help with community access and transportation to keep them engaged and connected.

Keep accurate shift notes and incident reports to ensure top-notch care.

Administer medication as outlined in their care plan.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We want people who are resilient, respectful, and genuinely excited to make a difference. You don’t need all the answers—we’ll support you—but here’s what we’d love to see:
A big heart and a passion for helping others thrive.

Solid communication skills (written and verbal) and basic computer know-how.

A current driver’s license (you’ll be on the move).

Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get them).

First Aid and CPR certification (or readiness to obtain).

Bonus: Experience in disability support or relevant qualifications—but it’s not a must.
