We are searching for our next Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic and mission-driven team in our exciting and rapidly expanding global business. Working closely with the Founder/CEO, your role as Customer Success Specialist will provide you with an opportunity to support new/existing Enterprise Customers in a variety of different sectors and industries across Australia. Supported by the management team, your ability to upgrade and cross sell new products to existing Enterprise Customers will significantly help continue to drive our accelerating growth and the opportunity to grow with the expansion of the business.

The role would be suited to anyone with a sales, technology and/or relationship-building background. Knowledge or experience in SaaS/Hubspot is valuable but not essential.

**About the Role**

Your role will involve management of existing Enterprise Customers and onboarding new Enterprise Customers as well as supporting sales strategies as part of our team. We have effective processes in place but encourage new ideas and innovation to complement current strategies.
- Assist our customers to make the most of our product offering
- Onboard new Enterprise business customers and provide Enterprise support
- Upgrade and cross sell new products to existing Enterprises
- Customer Management / communicate and update Customers
- You will take initiative and be driven to help us reach short
- and long-term global growth targets
- You'll assist with developing content for existing and prospective customers
- You'll become a product expert (we are a tech company after all...)
- Liaise internally to coordinate resource allocation and support from technical, operations and sales functions
- But most importantly, you will make sure our existing and future customers receive the highest level of service

- You enjoy constant learning; be prepared to take risks and be accountable to monthly goals, targets and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You should have strong technical skills and want to become a product and industry expert
- The technical aptitude to master our sales tools (Hubspot)
- Strong project management skills

- Achieve weekly/ Daily KPI’s
- Weekly reporting to Management
