Citywide are currently recruiting for **Tree Maintenance Team Members** for our Stonnington Trees contract based out our Notting Hill depot.

You will be joining a close-knit team with a strong customer focus, undertaking scheduled maintenance and reactive work. In this position you will be responsible for tree management and maintenance including pruning, tree removal, travel tower work (EWP), electrical line clearance, operating a chipper and stump removal. Experience is desirable but if you have a passion for the environment and working outdoors we will train you

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Perform tree maintenance/replacement works as required - Tree pruning/removal, small plant maintenance, chainsaw operation and pruning from EWP close to power lines and at ground level
- Drive and maintain heavy equipment (trailer mounted machine, light trucks, tip-truck)
- Assist in instructing and guiding tradespeople

**Required Skills**:

- Current Drivers Licence - wiling to obtain MR
- Interest in tree management/maintenance
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to work safely & promote safety in the workplace
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Experience dealing with customers, clients and members of the general public.
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills

**Desirable Skills**:

- Certificate III in Arboriculture
- Current MR Licence
- Chainsaw Licence
- Certificate II ESI
