**Description**:
What’s the opportunity?

Our Richmond café showcases the very best coffee and hospitality experience and we are on the hunt for an experienced barista to join our Richmond team on a casual basis to work 15-25 hours per week.

Our newest team member is passionate about coffee and customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A current Vic RSA and food safety certificate will be advantageous.

This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit team, within a successful and growing business where your opportunities for growth and development are uncapped.

**In this role you will**:

- Continually push the quality benchmark of coffee served;
- Provide the best in customer service, including greeting and serving customers and helping with the day-to-day tasks that help keep our café performing at its best e.g. open and close procedures for the coffee machine and area.
- Work with top-of-the-range equipment and coffee;
- Share knowledge and educate the customer regarding all thing's coffee through retail sales and demonstrations;
- Take orders, and deliver beverages in line with Veneziano Coffee Roasters (VCR) professional standards;
- Join a collaborative and supportive team where no task is too big or too small for anyone.

**About you**:
We'd love someone with at least two years of experience as a barista in a busy cafe (especially if you've worked in specialty coffee), but most importantly we want someone with the right attitude.
