Parks Asset Inspector

As part of the Operations and Fleet Services team, you will conduct inspections and audits on the condition of the City’s physical parks infrastructure, ensuring the assets are maintained to City standards. You will ensure all information and inspections are in accordance with the City’s Asset Management Plan and other related documents. If you are a team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic and capable of developing solutions to any challenges encountered, then this position is for you.
- Substantial experience in conducting compliance, defect and condition audits
- Experience in working with databases and reporting systems
- Experience in hazard identification and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision and as an integral part of a team
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence

We are offering a gross salary of **$91,088** per annum (pro rata), and:

- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
