With a busy agenda of store development projects we are now looking for a Store Concepts & Standards Planner to form part of the Store Development team. If you enjoy a down to earth, fun and results driven team environment, then this could be the role to take your career to the next level

**What does an average week look like?
- Review and assist to develop all store development proposals for new stores, renewals, refurbishments and extensions, based on the ideal formats and standards
- Assist the Store Development Team in developing viable solutions to store alterations
- Work with external service providers to ensure brand standards are accurately reflected
- Continue to innovate and maximise retail performance
- Assist in the development of design concept packages
- Anticipate potential project issues or costs ensuring solutions are developed
- Accelerate the completion of store delivery by helping to formulate viable store projects
- Support the Planning & Standards Manager to deliver quality documentation and Project Managers to deliver successful sites

**Here’s what it’s going to take**:

- Demonstrated **experience in the design/documentation field**:

- Strong **AutoCAD **and **Revit** (or similar) skills
- Strong **stakeholder management and communication skills**:

- The ability to engage and influence outcomes at all levels both internal and external
