Guaranteed 20 hours minimum per week, flexible up to 38 hours
- Leave entitlements on the first 20 hours
- Casual Rates from 20 hours and above, plus penalties where applicable

**About the Role**:
As a Voice Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of stock within our distribution centre.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Picking and packing orders using state-of-the-art technology and equipment.
- Operating various machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to load, unload, and move stock.
- Conducting quality checks to maintain the highest standards of product integrity.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily KPI targets and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:
To succeed as a Voice Picker, you should meet the following criteria:

- Experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution centre environment is preferred.
- Be available for shifts across 6 days per week.
- A valid forklift license is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
