**The opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced OOSH Coordinator to join our passionate and dedicated team in Rozelle, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of our out-of-school-hours (OOSH) care program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and educational activities for the children in our community.
**Key responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OOSH program, including staff management, program planning, and budgeting
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate educational and recreational activities for children of all ages
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care and safety
- Foster positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and the local community
- Manage and mentor a team of dedicated OOSH educators and assistants
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the OOSH program to meet the evolving needs of families
**What we're looking for**
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education
- Significant experience (3+ years) in a similar OOSH Coordinator or Childcare Supervisor role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing engaging educational and recreational programs for children
- Thorough understanding of relevant childcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
