Food Trailer

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and experienced individual to join our team as a **Customer Service & Drinks Trailer employee.** This role requires someone with excellent customer service skills and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the drinks trailer, including opening and closing duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Prepare and serve menu items to the highest standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the trailer.

**Requirements**:

- Must have reliable transportation. We close late so need to be able to be picked up at 12:30PM or 1:30 AM depending on the day.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a food trailer, including exposure to various weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Available for a 1-month trial period with the potential for a permanent position.

**Shift Hours**:

- 7:00 PM to 12:30 AM
- 7:00 PM to 1:30 AM

MUST SIGN AN NDA AND NON-COMPETE CONTRACT
