We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced **Health Safety, Environment & Quality Coordinator** based at our **Branch** **in Perth**. The role is full time and permanent, working within a close-knit team environment and reporting to the National HSEQ Manager. **Key Duties and Responsibilities Include**: - Interpret internal and external policies relating to HSEQ issues and develop appropriate strategies to ensure functional compliance - Facilitate and conduct safety and risk analysis using internal tools and programs - Ensure compliance with current legislation, standards and licensing - Support Supagas Managers and mentor staff on the philosophies of behavioural based safety and take an active leadership role to influence change - Ensure that a high safety standard is maintained in all activities, through the design, administration and evaluation of training and awareness programs - Integrate and manage the ongoing development and maintenance of third-party certification - Provide statistical analysis and interpretation of incident reporting data and provide advice and support to the National HSEQ Manager - Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Supagas Emergency Response Plans and capability - Coordinate HSEQ within Supagas Branches to ensure compliance with predetermined standards and operational procedures (interstate travel may be required) - Be involved in incident investigations as requested by the National HSEQ Manager - Formulate monthly reports related to key HSEQ metrics for review of the National HSEQ Manager - Provide support as required to the Ingleburn Branch Manager in conducting site inductions and training. - Coordinate Safety Committee activities at all Supagas Branches (arrange meetings, training and inspections) - Policy and procedure review and data entry as required by the National HSEQ Manager **Key Skills and Experience**: - Experience with internal auditing programs, influencing change and engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders - Preferred Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety - Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation and illicit desired results - A results orientated person with a strong attention to detail and a logical approach. **Benefits** - A friendly and supportive team environment - Company rewards program - Full time, Monday to Friday, Day shift Most importantly at Supagas we value **attitude **above all else.
