**Your New Role**
Joining the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the legal, compliance and risk management for the organization and its associated entities. Each day will be different and your work mix diverse, from managing the company’s large leasing portfolio to working across key strategic projects in funds management as well as international aid initiatives.

With a readiness to be hands-on as the legal conduit and strategic liaison, you will also oversee company secretarial matters. Your well-developed commercial acumen combined with the ability to deliver effective and fit-for-purpose legal advice will be key to your success in this exciting greenfield role.

**Your Skills Profile**
- 10 years plus PAE in general commercial law and with working knowledge of property law;
- Previous experience as a Senior Legal Counsel or General Counsel is desirable, but not essential;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver commercial and fit-for-purpose legal advice on a wide range of issues;
- Knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations which impact the organisation and associated entities including but not limited to property law, corporations law and funds management;
- Demonstrated ability in both internal and external stakeholder management;
- A seasoned leader with a growth mindset and a focus on continuous improvement;
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
